Products can be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery. Payment Refunds are applicable only in case of damaged products or delivery of incorrect size (size other than that ordered). In all other cases, replacement or eVoucher (1 year validity) is available.

Returns and Replacements are done free of cost if wrong products (incomplete sets or incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that
ordered) or damaged products are received by the customer. However, the Company reserves the right to levy shipping charges on
cases that come under legal scrutiny.
Delivery Timelines & Information :-
- All orders except dance costumes will take minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 10 Days to ship.
- Dance Costumes will take minimum of 10 to 20 days, depending on material availability.
- Goods Once Sold Cannot Be Returned; Exchange is allowed if there is damage to items while shipping.
- We partner with third-party courier and shipping agencies to deliver your orders. Hence, we request that you properly check the package and make a video while receiving the package and unboxing the shipment so that, in case of any issues related to parcel damages, missing items, etc., we can use the video recording as proof to settle the disputes.
